General Terms And Conditions
You must understand English and be at least 13 years old (16+ for some offers). You cannot use a proxy or anonymizer service to gain referrals under your account, as they will not be counted. You may not with different email addresses. Your computer IP must not be shared with another computer and you must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and on registering with us. There is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, etc. Cookies MUST be enabled, make sure they are not blocked. Fraudulent users are NOT allowed! We look out for fraud, and if you are caught doing anything wrong, your account will be closed and all credits gone!
Limitations
The free makeup store will not be liable for lost profits or business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Our Privacy Policy
Freemakeupstore.com knows that privacy is important. We will only ever ask you for your email to send your free cosmetic makeup egifts. However, our advertisers may require more personal information before crediting your account. Please check their individual privacy policies before proceeding with their offers.
Data collection
We collect limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. These logs include your IP address. Upon your first visit here, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser (a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a site). Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when one is being sent. However, our features or services may not function properly without cookies, as that is what we use to validate and award credits to your own unique account.
Fraudulent Activity
Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service. At this time, we are NOT accepting members from China, Hong Kong, Russia or India because of high levels of fraud and so we have no surveys available to those countries. Most surveys are for countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia and most of Europe. We have no control over how ads are shown.
Receiving eGift Cards For Free Cosmetic Makeup
Gift cards/egifts are sent approx. 45 days after a request to give us time to check with our advertisers to verify that all offers were completed. We do NOT pay out until everything has been confirmed first!
Additional Terms
We will sometimes send an email to you regarding bonus contest offers, and giveaways, and by registering to freemakeupstore.com you agree to receive such emails. We will never spam you and anything sent will directly be of interest as a Free Makeup Store member. Also, please note that the mobile survey offers (the ones where you enter your cell phone number) usually charge a small subscription fee to play the quiz games, which is billed through your service provider.
